FAQs
What is Ifomora?
Ifomora is a wellness brand built around the belief that true wellbeing starts with being intentional about what you nourish your body with. We launched with our premium small-batch frozen beef bone broth — the product that started it all — with more to come as the brand grows.
Who is behind Ifomora?
Ifomora was founded by Victoria, a UK-based founder who couldn’t find a bone broth she actually trusted — so she made her own. Every batch is made by hand, with intention, in small quantities.
Where is Ifomora made?
Ifomora is made in the UK in small batches using quality ingredients.
What is bone broth?
Bone broth is a rich, slow-simmered stock made from animal bones. Unlike regular stock, bone broth is simmered for a much longer time — extracting collagen, amino acids, and minerals from the bones. The result is a deeply nourishing liquid that supports gut health, joint health, skin, and overall wellbeing.
What are the benefits of bone broth?
Bone broth is one of the most natural sources of collagen available. Regular consumption may support gut lining health, joint comfort, skin elasticity, hair and nail strength, and digestion. The key is consistency — drinking it daily as part of your wellness routine is where the real benefits come from.
How is Ifomora bone broth different from stock or regular broth?
Stock and regular broth are made quickly and primarily for flavour. Bone broth is simmered for hours specifically to extract collagen, gelatine, and nutrients from the bones themselves. Ifomora is made the traditional way — long, slow, and honest.
Why is bone broth frozen and not shelf stable?
Shelf-stable bone broth goes through heat treatment to extend its shelf life — a process that degrades collagen and nutrients. Freezing immediately after production means nothing is lost. What you defrost is as close to what came off the stove as it’s possible to get. Frozen is not a compromise — for bone broth, it’s the only way to do it properly without adding preservatives.
What is in Ifomora bone broth?
Spring Water, Beef Bones (Oxtail, Bone Marrow Bones, Cow Feet), Carrots. That’s it. Nothing added, nothing hidden.
Does Ifomora contain any allergens?
Ifomora contains no major allergens. May contain traces of celery. Please check the label on each pouch for the most up to date allergen information.
Is Ifomora lab tested?
Yes. Ifomora was independently lab tested before launch — including microbiology, collagen content, nutritional panel, and pH testing. We needed to know that what we were making was safe, exactly what we claimed, and worth putting our name on.
Why does Ifomora use stainless steel equipment?
We care deeply about what goes into our broth — and that includes what our broth comes into contact with during production. We use stainless steel equipment throughout the entire production process. No plastic. No chemical leaching. Just clean, honest production.
Is Ifomora suitable for a paleo or keto diet?
Yes — Ifomora bone broth is naturally paleo and keto friendly. It contains no carbohydrates, no added sugars, and no processed ingredients.

How do I defrost Ifomora bone broth?
Defrost overnight in the fridge or place the sealed pouch in warm water for 15–20 minutes. Do not microwave in the pouch.
How long does it last once defrosted?
Once defrosted, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
How long does it last in the freezer?
Up to 3 months from the Best Before date printed on each pouch, kept continuously frozen.
How do I drink it?
Heat gently in a saucepan or pour straight into a mug. Drink warm. For the full benefits, drink it plain — nothing added, nothing interfering. Just pure broth doing what it’s supposed to do.
Can I use Ifomora in cooking?
Absolutely — Ifomora makes a beautiful base for soups, stews, risottos, and sauces. You get every benefit without even thinking about it.
What products do you offer?
We offer four products — a single pouch, the Starter Trio (3 pouches), the Weekly Ritual (7 pouches), and The Intentional Bundle (14 pouches). Each one is designed for a different stage of your wellness journey.
Which bundle should I start with?
If you’re new to Ifomora, the Starter Trio is the perfect place to start — three pouches at a saving, enough to feel the difference over a few days. If you’re ready to commit to a daily ritual, the Weekly Ritual or Intentional Bundle will keep you fully stocked.
Can I return my order?
For food safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on frozen food products. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at contact@ifomora.co.uk and we will make it right.
Can I get free shipping?
Yes — all orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping, automatically applied at checkout. The easiest way to reach £50 is to add a single pouch to your Weekly Ritual order.
